Today's images are really not that good, the lighting was harsh, I was shooting hand held at 400mm, and the subject was way across the lake. But I just couldn't pass up the oppertunity to capture the Osprey fishing......

These didn't come out as clear as I would have liked. It was late evening and I had to bump the ISO up to 1600 just to get the shots......

This week's SWF is of course the moon, it looked so good I couldn't resist capturing it....

Old Cemetery....

Today's post is going to be a little different. While out looking for more subjects to photograph, I found this old cemetery. And I just had to take a closer look. Most of the stone where unreadable. But a few caught my eye.

This one is dated 1777.

And this one of a Revolutionary War Veteren was dated 1819.

I had to brush away a good bit of leaves and dirt to see this plaque.
