Skywatch Friday.....







This week's SWF is of course the moon, it looked so good I couldn't resist capturing it....

Wonderful shots of the moon. I took images of a lunar eclipse back in 2005 for my astronomy class. I went out about every five minutes or so and took an image. Only I didn't have the convenience of digital at that time and had to hope for the best on my film. Lucky for me everything worked out well.

what kind of camera and lens were you using to take those awesome close-up moon shots? it looks almost as if you were doing it through a telescope! even with my telephoto lens, i was never able to get something so close and so detailed....??

Start seeing more movement in the afternoons at this time. This is a good time to also start hunting scrapes because various bucks will begin to start checking them out for many reasons.
