Skywatch Friday...

Hey ya'll , sorry I haven't been around much the past couple of weeks, but things have been very busy. To tell the truth I haven't even touched my camera in two weeks :o( I'm hoping to be caught up by Monday so things can get back to normal.
Today's SWF images were shot a couple of weeks ago while I was trying some Black & White photography....

Love this! I love sunflowers, but your B&W for both the flower and sky add so much DRAMA! I'm not into drama in real life, but love it in photos!

Nice black and white catch..... Great job! Reminds me the saying,,,, We never know how high we are, till we are called to rise and then, if we are true to plan our statures touch the sky... Happy Skywatch! Hope you can visit my SWF entry too...

Rich: Neat shot in B&W, the sunflower silhouette is special.

I wouldn't have thought to shoot a sunflower in b&w, but you've created a striking picture.

Happy skywatch!

That certainly is a new take on sunflowers. Actually it's rather retro but so nice.

Cool shots Rich. Do you shoot them in B/W or do you desaturate them in PS?
Cheers

The lake is perfect for various water recreation sports such as boating and wakeboarding, and also is a great fishing spot.
